02_ How do members pay for renewals without visiting the front desk?
The system automatically sends a WhatsApp reminder 3 days before expiry containing an instant UPI payment link. When the member pays via GPay, PhonePe, or Paytm, their membership extends instantly and the turnstile re-enables automatically.
03_ Can we track personal trainer sessions and calculate commissions?
Yes. Whenever a trainer takes a client through a workout, the session is logged via mobile punch or OTP. Monthly trainer payouts are calculated automatically according to your pre-set commission percentages.
